We were kindly upgraded to a very large corner room with a comfy settee. There was an iron and ironing board in the room to press clothes. The downstairs coffee shop was a lovely place to pass the time of day with good cakes and helpful staff. Labuan apart from the cheap duty free alcohol does not offer as much as we had hoped for in quality shopping. The hotel though does its best to offer guests good service at a reasonable price.

Shop, restaurants, laundry, and some interesting spot nearby. Room was clean, food was very good, staff was friendly.

The Gym. The treadmill is awesome! The shampoo. Made my hair soft. Room is spacious and kid friendly.

everything went smoothly. from check in to check out. When i got locked out from my room, i just went to the reception and they settled it within 2 minutes.

The kung po chicken was amazing probable the best I've tasted. And all the staff were very friendly and helpful

Breakfast is superb. Lots of options to choose from. I particularly like the Nasi Lemak.

Good location was nearby Dataran Labuan. On site restaurant offers good food at a reasonable price.

Clean spacious room. Friendly staff. Very good location surrounded by sundry shops, laundry and coffeeshops and cafes
